100 Percent Disabled Veteran (or Surviving Spouse) - Documentation from the Veterans Administration must be provided to support this exemption request.
Surviving Spouse of an Armed Services Member Killed in Action - Documentation from the Veterans Administration or its successor must be provided to support this exemption request.
Surviving Spouse of a First Responder Killed in the Line of Duty - Please attach a letter from the Employees Retirement Systems of Texas is required.
Donated Residence or Partially Disabled Veteran (or Surviving Spouse) - Documentation from the Veterans Administration or its successor must be provided to support this exemption request.
